I couldn’t be more excited to be back in the Carolinas for 2 weeks! First stop was in Conway, SC to visit with my brother last night. My adorable nephew is now 2 years old and couldn’t be a cuter blonde haired, blue-eyed little stud. Today we came to my parents beach house in Ocean Isle, NC and will be here till next Tuesday. I am excited for all the beach time & cooking that will take place over the next week.
I have been craving fresh tomatoes and South Carolina peaches for a few weeks now & I finally got my fix today. It was worth the wait! We stopped at Holden’s Market on the way to the beach house and stocked up on fresh produce, local honey & homemade pimento cheese.
