If you have read this blog since the beginning you are aware that cardio isn’t always my favorite activity. I get bored easily and prefer sports or a fitness class that incorporates my cardio.

Brooks Running Outfit (c/o): Running Jacket // Tee // Running Tights // Trail Running Shoes

Now that I’m a mom, running has become the easiest way for me to incorporate cardio. I can easily strap Logan into the stroller, put in my headphones with a good play list and we are off. Most of the time we run on a track in our neighborhood or around the path at Green Lake. Living in Seattle with so many great running trails in the city, I have been motivated to start trail running. I have taken these trail running shoes on a few solo runs at Carkeek Park and a few trail walks with Logan. I haven’t figured out how to master the art of trail running with a baby or if I need to keep to only trail walking. For now I plan to stick to trail walking with my little man and paved running!

So now my question for all the mamas out there is what is the best jogging and running strollers? I have been using my stroller for running even though it isn’t made for that. It has worked on tracks and paved paths but now is the time I need to invest in that jogging stroller for those rougher running trails! Please comment or email me your favorites!!

I used a basic Baby Trend Evolution jogger and it worked on every terrain and it lasted for 4 years! I just sold it the other day, I was so sad to see it go. But it went to a new mama, trying to get healthy, so I blessed it for her! I found the price didnt matter, my fancy stroller, wasnt as good for my multiple adventures. I stuck with what worked and never looked back.
Plus I like a swivel front wheel and big thick tires, they absorb more and I get a little strength exercise too. Lol.
They sell waterproof covers, padded inserts, and my doggie sat in the basket underneath.

Hope you find your perfect stroller!
